ADU (Air Delivery Unit) was established as an independent, specialized, service unit of Wasaya Airways LP in 2001. It was created via an agreement between Wasaya and the Northern Nishnawbe Education Council (NNEC). Its purpose was to alleviate some of the travel expenses and agency fees experienced by the NNEC.
