Dear Valued Customer:

This is a notice that when shipping dangerous goods via Wasaya Airways LP to your customers that you must follow the current dangerous goods regulations for air transport.

When your shipment arrives at our facilities, it goes through an acceptance process. This process is a safety mechanism put in place to ensure the safety of our employees, customers and aircraft.

The regulations are very clear. The shipper is responsible for identification, classification, packing and marking, labelling and documenting any item considered a dangerous good. Just as it is our responsibility to ensure we have procedures in place to properly accept, handle, load and unload the items you send.

If a shipment arrives at our facility and it is deemed unacceptable in accordance with the regulations, the shipment is refused and is sent back to you with an explanation as to what was incorrect. Our facilities are small and floor space is generally at a premium so we cannot hold shipments at our facilities until the errors are corrected.

Be advised that there are no exceptions to this policy.
